This policy covers videos.pinkpillrxhq.com, the personal video request site run by PinkpillRx LLC. Katie and Jay Fillmore own PinkpillRx LLC. We wrote this policy in plain language so you know what happens with your information when you visit or order.
Information collected when you visit
Netlify hosts this site. Like most web hosts, Netlify records every request to the site in access logs. Each log entry holds your IP address, your browser and device type, the page address you requested, the site you came from and the date and time. Netlify keeps these logs for less than 30 days and uses them to run, secure and troubleshoot the site.
Netlify builds visit statistics from these same logs, such as page views, top pages, referring sites and countries. We view these numbers only as totals. They do not identify you. They rely on no cookies or tracking code in your browser.
Your browser also loads the fonts on this page from Bunny Fonts. To deliver the fonts, Bunny Fonts receives your IP address.
Information you give us when you order
When you request a video, you give us your name, your email address, the name of the person the video is for, their pronouns, how to say their name, your request and anything else you choose to tell us. Pronouns, name pronunciation and the extra notes box are optional.
You pay on a checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, billing details and information about your device to process the payment and prevent fraud. Your card number never reaches our site or our records.
How your order moves through our systems
When you tap Continue to payment, our site checks for an open spot and sends your request to Stripe with your checkout. We save nothing before you pay. After Stripe confirms your payment, your request saves to our order records in Airtable and Airtable emails us an order summary. After checkout, your browser asks Stripe for a short summary of your order to show on the Payment received screen.
How we use your information
We use your information to record and deliver your video, answer your questions, handle refunds and keep business and tax records. We use visit statistics to understand how people find the site and to keep the site working.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information for targeted advertising. We add you to our email list only if you tick the signup box when you order. The box starts empty. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Companies we work with
We rely on a small set of service providers. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts the site, keeps access logs and runs the code behind the order form.
- Stripe processes payments and promotion codes.
- Airtable stores order records and sends our order notification emails.
- Google runs our email and stores video files in Google Drive.
- Kit sends our newsletter to buyers who join our email list.
- Bunny Fonts delivers the fonts on this site.
These companies store data in the United States and other countries.
Cookies and browser storage
Our pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. We run no advertising pixels, no Google Analytics and no cross-site tracking. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud.
Your video and your request
We never post your personal video or your request publicly without your written permission.
Anyone with your Google Drive link is able to watch your video. Share the link with care.
Sensitive details
Share only what you are comfortable sharing. Your request is not a medical record and this service is not healthcare. If you tell us about another person, make sure you have the right to share those details.
How long we keep information
- Netlify access logs: less than 30 days.
- Video files: deleted 60 days after delivery.
- Order records: up to 12 months for customer support and bookkeeping, then we delete the request details.
- Payment records: Stripe keeps these as the law requires.
- Email list: Kit keeps your email address until you unsubscribe.
How we protect information
Every page on this site loads over an encrypted connection. Access to our order records stays limited to the people who make and deliver videos. Our accounts use two-step login. No system is perfect, so share only what your video needs.
Your choices and rights
Email videos@pinkpillrxhq.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Some countries and states give you added privacy rights, such as residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada and California. We honor valid requests from anywhere.
Children
You must be 18 or older to request a video. A parent or guardian is welcome to request a video for a child. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new date.
